Non geographic numbers are numbers can be diverted to fixed lines, faxes and mobiles.

There are a variety of number formats to suit your business.

Free phone – 0800, 0808
• Caller pays nothing
• Customer pays all costs

Local rate – 0845
• Caller pays local rate
• Customer pays difference

National rate – 0870
• Caller pays national rate
• Customer pays nothing and receives a rebate

Fixed national rate - 0871
• Caller pays a set fee up to 10ppmin
• Customer pays nothing and receives a rebate

ADSL Broadband

Exchange Communications offers an ADSL (Asymetric digital subscriber line) service to its clients.

ADSL transforms an ordinary PSTN telephone line into a high speed data line, able to carry data up to 40 times faster than a conventional modem. It works by splitting the available bandwidth on a line into two channels one channel for voice and one for high speed internet access.

We offer three different services

• Mini office 512Kbps 1-4 users
• Midi office 1Mbps 5-10 users
• Maxi office 2Mbps 10-20 users

VOIP

IP Telephony also called internet telephony is the technology makes it possible to have a telephone conversation where the signal is carried over the internet or a dedicated network instead of over dedicated telephone lines.
