Radio
Relations are a specialist Radio PR agency. Since radio is
such a different medium from press they act on behalf of in
house marketing departments and PR agencies to handle the
radio PR placement of their campaigns.
When Radio Relations where setting up their new offices they contacted
Exchange Comms to help them build the IT infrastructure which would support
them over the next five years.
Exchange Comms provided a one stop shop for Radio Relations in providing
all elements required to run a successful business.
The work started with the installation of all the Category 5 voice and
data cabling. The network services were ordered through Exchange Comms
saving Radio Relations the hassle of having to deal with BT. The final
element was the installation of the Avaya IP Office.
Adam Cox the managing director of Radio Relations said he was delighted
with the project and is confident in the ongoing support he will receive
from Exchange Comms post implementation support contract.
