Cheeky Munkey are an established IT support and procurement business. To support their wide range of small and medium business’s they are reliant on having a sound voice platform. To meet all of these objectives Cheeky Munkey choose Exchange Comms and the Avaya IP Office as the combination to get them there.

The solution was to replace the aging Nortel system with the IP Office and some of it’s advanced applications.
