Cheeky Munkey are an established IT support and procurement business. To support their wide range of small and medium business’s they are reliant on having a sound voice platform. They also had one eye on the future and wanted a platform that would integrate with IP applications and would be supported and developed for years to come.

To meet all of these objectives Cheeky Munkey choose Exchange Comms and the Avaya IP Office as the combination to get them there.

The solution was to replace the aging Nortel system with the IP Office and some of it’s advanced applications. By using a combination of voice mail pro and phone manager pro in association with digital handsets Cheeky Munkey have a system in place that will give them great support for many years to come confident in the knowledge that as technology advances they will be able to benefit from those advances.
