We can offer a four hour response to client requests for support. With remote access to all the switches in excess of 90% of client problems are resolved without a site visit.

But in the event a site visit is required our team of highly trained engineers will attend your site and with third level support from the manufacturer all issues can be professionally addressed.

Project management

Project management is provided as standard on all projects giving the clients the benefit of a single point of contact.

The project manager will over see the provision of network services.

The voice and data cabling implementation

The installation of phone systems and associated software.

The completion of all records

And finally sign of by the client on completion of the project.
