Comms was founded in 1992, as such we have fourteen years
experience delivering excellent service to local businesses
and the local authorities. Our case studies give examples
of the type and variety of work we have carried out for our
clients.
We have
grown organically over the years adapting our product portfolio
to meet the changing needs of our customers. From the start
we sought to deliver a consultative approach, acting as
a trusted advisor.
We are
an accredited business partner with Avaya and have a proven
track record of installing, configuring and maintaining
these systems. Our engineers have all been trained to the
Avaya ACA standard. Our cabling engineers are all trained
and accredited to install cat 5 and cat 6 high speed data
networks. And we have an established relationship with BT
wholesale which enables us to deliver exchange lines and
ADSL at very competitive rates.
Exchange
Comms also run an extremely successful outsourcing division
which provides engineering support to corporate clients
in London and the South East of England. An example of this
support is our on site engineers running complex call centres,
managing multi site voice networks, video conferencing,
mobile and blackberry estates.
As an
organisation we achieved the Investors in People standard
in 2005 and take great pride in keeping our people trained
to the highest standards. Which is then, reflected in the
